In general, orders received by 11:00am (Eastern) Monday through Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 11:00am on business days and orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
We ship only to the United States. In order to provide more efficient service, depending on what is ordered and where the purchaser is located, items may ship in one or more containers from one or more shipping locations.
Shipment status can be confirmed by calling Dynamic Business Products at 1-800-388-4115 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
In order to return a product purchased from Dynamic Business Products, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) by contacting Dynamic Business Products within 30 days of product purchase. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy.
Software and special-order products are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be complete, with all original accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, badges, etc. If possible, use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products that are missing any components.
