ATRx Biometric 1000™ prevents costly "buddy punching" and supplies an indisputable record of employee attendance by verifying the geometry of the hand. This reliable biometric technology ensures that employees have to be present to punch in or out.

Once installed, ATRx Biometric 1000 is convenient and easy to use. Employees simply enter their assigned Personal ID number (PIN) on the HP1000 keypad and place a hand in the reader as illustrated on the reader's front panel. Accepted punches are rapidly verified and confirmed by a green light and an "Okay" message, so employees know at a glance if their punch was successful.

A complete time and attendance system, the ATRx Biometric 1000 package includes a 50-employee edition of ATRx Biometric-Enabled software for HandPunch powered by Attendance Rx, one HP1000 hand reader, a communications cable for connecting the reader to your PC, a Quick Start sheet, and a power transformer for the hand reader.

Please note that the biometric hand geometry unit requires a special Biometric-Enabled for Handpunch edition of the Attendance Rx software. Biometric devices will not function with the standard edition of the Attendance Rx software.
